Equality

VoiceNPAC will only take into account the capability of an applicant as demonstrated in person or via prescribed media, in determining the suitability of the applicant to be accepted into the competition. Likewise, the same criterion will be used to determine the suitability of a participant to progress through the various levels of the competition.

Privacy

VoiceNPAC does not sell information gathered via this web site to third parties, and will not disclose any details under any circumstances except when required by United Kingdom and/or European Union laws.
This web site does not interrogate a users computer in any way, save for the use of cookies, when these are necessary to allow certain functionality, such as e-commerce applications. Any cookies will expire after one hour.

Refunds

The application fee for the competition is not refundable under any circumstances. In the event an application is received after the competition closing date, applicants cheques will be destroyed and the affected applicants will be notified by e-mail

Software

This web site was developed using software which is freely available (no restrictive licensing), will run on most operating systems (e.g. Linux, Macs, UNIX, Windows etc.), and is available to anyone with access to the internet or a postal service. This same software is involved in delivering approximately 80 percent of the internet's content. VoiceNPAC wish to express its gratitude to the millions of contributors of the 'Open Source Community'.
